1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bk33 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by bk33 on the website https://bk33.lc or through the official bk33 mobile app, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the bk33 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms is considered acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy bk33, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and the bk33 platform.

2. Member Eligibility

To register for and use the bk33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your membership.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable local law.
• Not located in any jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is wholly prohibited by law.
• Registering only one (1) personal account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in membership suspension without notice.
• Registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information — bk33 reserves the right to verify any member's identity at any time through the KYC process.
• Not using the bk33 platform on behalf of any third party or at the direction of another person.

3. Member Account & Security

Every member is fully responsible for their account at bk33. The following are responsibilities and policies related to account management:

• You are responsible for keeping your bk33 account password and login credentials confidential. bk33 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your account.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised or your login credentials have been exposed, you must notify the bk33 support team immediately.
• Bk33 reserves the right to suspend any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, fraud, or terms violations while an investigation is conducted.
• Account transfers, account sales, or granting account access to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Bk33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, you are also responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the platform is secure and free from malware.

Bk33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if evidence of fraud, misrepresentation in the membership application, or serious violations of these Terms is found.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Bk33 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of members. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated in the Deposit section of the bk33 platform and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the member's own name. bk33 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
• Bk33 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as part of anti-money laundering (AML) measures.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method, but bk33 strives to process all withdrawal requests in the shortest time possible.
• Bk33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

Bk33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Every bonus and promotion has its own rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before wins from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Rollover requirements, minimum/maximum betting limits, and eligible games for meeting rollover requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple account registrations is a breach of terms.
• Bk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to low-risk wagering to meet rollover requirements, may result in the cancellation of the bonus and related wins.
• The bk33 VIP loyalty program has its own terms applicable to each membership tier, and accumulated rewards are subject to the expiry period stated.

All bk33 decisions regarding promotion eligibility, bonus awards, and loyalty programs are final and binding.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and fair platform environment for all members, bk33 sets clear conduct guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes or cheat other members in multiplayer games.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates the law conducted through the bk33 platform.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with the bk33 team.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of bk33's systems and infrastructure.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or harassing content directed at other members or bk33 staff through any platform communication channel.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of remaining funds, and/or appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

7. Liability Limits & Disclaimers

Bk33 provides its platform "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, the following liability limitations apply:

• Bk33 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary disruptions.
• Bk33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• In the event of a confirmed technical failure during an active game session, bk33 will investigate and process a fair resolution in accordance with our internal policy. bk33's decision in such matters is final.
• Bk33 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Bk33's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

8. Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

Bk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to members. Notice of amendments will be sent via:

• Email to the address registered on your member account.
• In-platform notification on the bk33 platform when a member logs in.
• Push notification via the bk33 mobile app (if you have our official app installed).

Amendments to the terms will take effect no less than 7 days after notice is issued, except for amendments related to urgent legal or security requirements which may take effect immediately. Continued use of the bk33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or through a court of competent jurisdiction, as appropriate. Decisions made by the bk33 management team on matters relating to the platform are final.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
